Both accounts are created manually in each provider's dashboard, then pasted here - pre-provisioning both means switching the active provider later is just a selection change, not a new setup step. Approve via the Collection Requests queue under Billing for new orgs.
SasaPay needs no reference here - it's a pooled wallet shared by every org (no per-org sub-account exists). Just select it as Active Provider once configured in the SasaPay accordion above.

What happens if my trial expires? ▾
Your group reverts to Starter (up to 15 members). Premium features are paused - your data is never deleted. Renew to reactivate immediately.
Can I get a second free trial? ▾
No. Each group gets one free trial ever. Once used - even if the promo is still running - future upgrades require payment. This is to keep the offer fair for all groups.
How does SMS billing work? ▾
SMS is pay-as-you-go - Ksh 1.50 per message. Buy a bundle to pre-load credit. Credit never expires and rolls over indefinitely.
How quickly is payment activated? ▾
Usually within minutes during business hours. WhatsApp 0702 903 544 for faster processing.
What data is kept if I downgrade? ▾
All data is preserved. Members beyond the plan limit are hidden (not deleted) and premium features locked until you upgrade again.

Can I be in multiple groups? ▾
Yes. If you're a member of more than one group on GroupYetu360, all groups appear in your workspace switcher when you log in. One login, multiple groups - switch freely.
Can I start my own group? ▾
Yes. Click "Start Your Own Group" at the bottom of the sidebar. Starter plan is completely free for up to 15 members - no trial needed, no card required.
How do I change my password? ▾
Go to My Account in the sidebar. Enter your new password in the Change Password section and click Update Password. Forgotten it? Use "Forgot password?" on the login page.
I didn't receive my invite email - what do I do? ▾
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, ask your group admin to resend the invite. You can also use "Forgot password?" on the login page to set your own password once your email has been registered.

How do I make a payment? ▾
Go to My Contributions and click Make Payment. Send via M-Pesa to your group's payment details shown, enter the M-Pesa reference and submit. Your admin verifies and approves it.
Why is my payment still pending? ▾
Payments are manually verified by your group admin, usually within 24 hours. If it's been longer, contact your admin directly.
Where can I see my payment history? ▾
Go to My Contributions. You'll see your total contributed, a breakdown by type, and a month-by-month payment history for the last 6 months.
🏦 Savings & Balances
What is the difference between shares and savings? ▾
Shares represent your ownership stake in the group (equity that grows over time). Savings are your monthly deposits held by the group. Not all groups use both - your admin configures which applies.
What is table banking? ▾
Table banking is a system where group members can borrow from a shared pool of savings. Your group admin creates loan pools, members apply and repay with interest. All tracked in GroupYetu360 under the Table Banking section.
How do I withdraw my savings? ▾
Withdrawals are handled by your group admin per your constitution. Contact your admin or raise it at the next meeting. GroupYetu360 tracks balances; the withdrawal decision is made by group leadership.

How does welfare work? ▾
When a welfare event is created (e.g. bereavement), all members are notified and a contribution is expected. Go to My Contributions to see outstanding welfare payments and pay the same way as regular contributions.
How do I know when the next meeting is? ▾
Go to My Profile - the next scheduled meeting is shown there. Your admin can also send SMS reminders to all members from the Messages section.

Fingo has no automatic disbursement split like Paystack's subaccounts - payouts to orgs are recorded manually under each org's Disbursement section.
